DAY 1 HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: 3 REAL ESTATE: 1). 350 Golden Road, Millinocket, ME. Consists Of 16 + Acres- Main Office & Maintenance Shop Building & Detached Storage Building improved with an office/maintenance shop building and a detached storage building. Approx 13000 square feet of office on two floors with reception area, 16 offices, conference room, second floor kitchenette and locker room with showers. The Maintenance shop is approximately 17,500 square feet with 2 drive through bays having 16’x20’H doors. There are 3 additional 16’x20’H doors and a 14’x14’ door.
